We achieve this for our Clients’ through the aggregation of best-in-class partners whom as a collective, deliver outstanding talent and services. We guide and support your strategic needs and assignments to maximise positive impact.

As Founder of HerWorX I’m happy to share a little bit about myself:

‘Create your own joy by following your Passions while serving your Purpose, rather than working to the drum of others.’

I operate my business from places in the world which are synonymous with where I find happiness and where my mind and soul can be nourished. Where I am my authentic self, intentional around working only with great people, and where I 'refill my glass' through enjoying the simple pleasures of life, surrounded by beauty in its raw and simplistic form; Aotearoa, New Zealand my place of birth, a traditional village on the shores of Lake Como in Italy, and invigorating destinations across the cultural melting pot of Southeast Asia.

Choosing not to be a slave to corporate life, and navigating disruption to career enjoyment, such as the distractions of political agendas, bullying and gender bias’, has been a liberating part of my professional journey. It has culminated in the establishment of HerWorX, drawing upon my professional career and experiences to support people and businesses to succeed and transform, in sustainable and impactful ways.

The HerWorX partnership approach involving best team for project assignment, operating across diverse geographies to harness value, coupled with my mantra of bringing agility, passion and a commitment to ‘doing and delivering great work’, are some personal motivators. They are my inspiration to offer Clients’ purposeful and purpose-filled consultancy services through the HerWorX brand.

‘Expertise should enable, elevate and unlock resilient strategies, partnerships and solutions for your business.’
